NMMU George Campus, in collaboration with CANRAD will be the host to the first of the 2015 NMMU series of the distinguished Dr Beyers Naudé Memorial lectures – an innovative project of the Kagiso Trust. The purpose of the lectures is to keep Dr Beyers Naudé’s legacy alive and to remember the values that are integral to making South Africa a country we are proud to be a part of.



The event , scheduled for Friday , 22 May 2015 from 17:30 – 20:00 in the St Marks Cathedral , York Street George ,will feature Bishop Brian Marajh as keynote speaker , accompanied by a dialogue/debate with four youth panellists representing  a diversity of perspective, and a question and answer session with young people (learners and students) participating from the ranks of the audience.  Members of the public are encouraged to attend this captivating event.
