Southern Cape Community FM is a Section 21 company which was issued a permanent broadcasting license in 2007.  It operates as EDENfm™, a Community Radio Station broadcasting in the Southern Cape and Klein Karoo Region of the Western Cape Province of South Africa.

Now that our on-air studio and our fully digitally equipped production studios in George, our satellite studios in Mossel Bay and Riversdale, our 5 transmitters with custon RDS, our extensive music library by genres, our new programmes, presenters and in-depth local, international and national news production with traffic and weather reports are in place, we at EDENfm™ can offer a 24/7 the best in broadcasting and entertainment.

We launched our “Re-Discover EDENfm™” initiative in April 2012 after some delays which we could overcome in an amiclable manner. 

Actually a relatively small crew when you consider the enormous footprint covered by EDENfm™, namely the Eden District which is close to 27,500 km² – the largest radio station in the Southern Cape – and rapidly growing in spite of fierce competition in the market.
